Patrick King will once again be coming to Ride With Pride and Cedar Creek Stables for Private and Semi-Private Lessons!  Bring your problems and questions or ask to work on a new skill.  Patrick works with all disciplines and all types of horses, is proficient in Working Equitation, Dressage, relaxation and communication with the young or tense horse, Western, and general riding.  Bring your horse for a dressage lesson, horsemanship lesson, gorrocha lesson, and/or working equitation lesson! If you want to learn a new skill or improve upon your skill, Patrick King can help you grow!

Private lessons will be $125 and Semi-private lessons will be $75 per person. Auditors are welcome at $20 per person for the entire day and riders may audit for free.  Stalls will be available for $25 a day and $35 for overnight.

Both days will consist of private/semi-private lessons starting at 9:00 AM going until 6:00 PM (45 minutes to one hour lessons) all day with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

Patrick has devoted his life to learning and teaching great horsemanship and dressage. From his humble roots as a 4H rider in western PA, he has become one of the most sought after instructors on the East Coast. His mentors, friends, collaborators and instructors include: Ray Hunt, Craig Johnson, Richard Winters, Wendy Murdoch, John Lyons, Mary Flood, Guy McLean, Mark Russell, Julio Mendoza, and Master Luis Valenca.

Many of Patrick’s mentors themselves were students of the famous Nuno Oliveira and you will see many of Nuno’s teachings- especially an emphasis on timing, feel, and lightness- in Patrick’s lessons. Patrick has ridden and trained horses in the Grand Prix movements, advanced in-hand work, and haute ecole.

Whether you want the expert knowledge of a horseman for difficulties you’re having connecting to your horse psychologically, or whether you are seeking to advance your dressage career with an expert on biomechanics and timing, this clinic will offer you the chance to work with Patrick in a picturesque setting with privacy.
