Our  organization provides Therapeutic Horsemanship skills in a safe, supported and social environment which assists our clients in controlling their bodies, emotions and actions.  Developing a special bond with the kind and patient horses our organization has trained allows our clients to trust and interact with the world around them.  All  of these skills combined will help our clients lead more fulfilled and productive lives.Ride with Pride is a non profit organization largely made up of volunteers.  We are able to provide this invaluable service to the community with the help of sponsors and charitable donations.DSC_0001

As a member of the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International (PATH International) and the Therapeutic Riding Association of Virginia, numerous individuals and agencies throughout the Shenandoah Valley have come to rely upon Ride with Pride’s unique therapies.

Starting spring of 2015, due to our waiting lists, clients will need to place a $50.00 deposit to register for a session 2 weeks in advance of the session. Balance is due in full prior to last class of the session. Any unpaid balance will be subject to a $25.00 late fee and the rider will not be able to register for any other sessions until their bill is paid in full.

Payment via website using credit card or Paypal can be made by clicking the Programs link at the top of any page and scrolling to the bottom of that page.

We would like to thank all of our sponsors and participants and volunteers for making our second annual 5K run a great success!  With gorgeous weather and more runners/walkers than last year, plus plenty of color, and the beauty of the countryside, the event could not have been better!  Please take a moment to watch the slideshow and the hilarious video and plan on joining us next year!
