The following must be sent to the event organizer, listed at the bottom of this page:  

  • A Completed Form (Online Only or emailed to secretary)
  • A legible copy of the Horse’s Coggins Report that will be current on the date of the show and has the same horse’s name as the entry form
  • A signed liability form (above) 
  • Payment made via online or a check (made out to Ride With Pride) brought to the event
